After many years searching for Law, I have come to the conclusion that man cannot make Law - Law made man...

Upon examination of the legal system that we live under in the Caribbean: it is the most illegal thing in our society...

Two aspects of Law that is most essential, is absent - 1) universality or wholisticness, and 2) equal applicability. I am yet to find these practiced in our Westminster style illegal system. Could you imagine that we buy and sell legality? Of course the rhetoric of equality and justice exist... but these are at best tools of deceit that the system use to cover its illegal status...

Law begins very quietly and simply - treat each other exactly as you would like to be treated - it is free and all encompassing like gravity...

American sovereignty is a thing of the past. The American people and the several States lost the sovereignty they once had. Benjamin Franklin told the wife of the Mayor of Philadelphia after the Constitutional Convention that “Our new nation is a Republic, if you can keep it.” Franklin knew something! Sovereignty is something you must be vigilant and diligent in maintaining, lest you lose it via default; and unfortunately for the American people, they have lost the constitutional Republic and thus their collective sovereign status. This is why the nation is referred to as a Democracy today and people (American citizens) are too dumb to know the difference between a “Republic” and a “Democracy.”



The Founding Fathers, very intelligent men, knew the difference between a “Republic” and a “Democracy” and specifically wrote the word “Republic” into the U.S. Constitution (at Article 4, Section 4):



The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence. United States Constitution (1787), Article 4 § 4



You will not find any mention of the word “Democracy” in the U.S. Constitution if you read the U.S. Constitution (which most modern American citizens have not, sadly and unfortunately).

RB: I don't believe in this system, but i have to realize that there is a system in place that is design for the purpose of mass controll.

DM: I feel you, Real Brother! But there's always a choice. Remember, the key word is MASS (control) which is control techniques and strategems for the MASS population, i.e. the m(azzs). Are you part of the M(AZZ)? If not, are you claiming that you are controlled via mass control by these twisted devils in man-made positions of power?

RB: I don't believe in Christmas , but it exist weather I like it or not.

DM: What's your point? The question is: is Christmas YOUR reality? Are you forced to celebrate it? Are you forced to acknowledge it? Just because things exist that you may not like does not mean you have to give your power away or over to it/them. There are ways around celebrating or being caught up in Christmas. Simply navigate around what is not for you but for others. Learn to shapeshift. Earth is a grand stage. Learn YOUR role so you can master role-playing. Ever heard of the GAME OF LIFE (and how to play it)? Mundane existence is a game, beloved, and all games have rules and all games can be mastered (just as children master playing video games).

RB: I don't believe in the drivers licensing scheme either, but whats going to happen when the police pull you over for no reason except for the fact that your asss is black.

DM: I feel you but I have to address energy. Most people who feel they are only pulled over because they are Black will be pulled over because of this fact. It's the Law of Attraction. The Universe will give back to you what you send out to it vibrationally. It used to happen to me all the time when I was on that Pro-Black power conscious and NOI Black Muslim tip. Despite allegedly having supreme wisdom and being God as the Black man, the System was getting money out of I disagree as if I was an ATM ready-teller machine. I was coughing up more cash than a bronchitis victim coughs up mucus.

I got pulled over in July in Arizona for allegedly speeding 15 mph over the posted speed limit. I didn't have a driver's license and I told the cop this. But it was my energy that directed the stop. The cop Hispanic-Caucasian was very cool. Issued his ticket and I was on my way. No jail, no vehicle impound, etc. Things did go quite differently because my family was with me in the car. Had I been by myself I would not have been allowed to "drive" off in the officer's presence (due to his procedural training). See, cops don't know law, only procedures. They are trained robots (Robo-Cops). So when a cop tells Djehuty "Tell it to the judge," or, 'I'll see you in court," he/she really has no clue of what he/she is getting themselves into. I'm a cop's worst nightmare because these days I'll sue your ass in your private (individual) capacity removing your cloak of qualified immunity and/or governmen bond for your discretionary actions and greatly INCONVENIENCE you which is how you TEACH LESSONS. Money stings Americans, Bro! Intelligence, Good brother, sheer intelligence (coupled with wisdom I might add).

My good friend and business partner just got an ORDER FOR ENTRY OF DEFAULT JUDGMENT against a California Highway Patrol officer for six digits, from a federal court. The punk ass CHP took my partner for a joke because he was Black. He never saw the lawsuit coming. After the State traffic case was over (the judge ruled against my homey in traffic court but we appealed the decision and that was LAST SEPTEMBER and STILL no response from the appellate division to this day a year later because you can't mess with the Judicial Jeet Kune Do). Bruce Lee is kicking ass in court these days!

We sued the CHP in his private capacity (removing all his government help) along with the tow truck company who is fighting tooth and nail right now to avoid coughing up a few thousand dollars, but in the process of fighting the suit with an attorney's aid, they are paying thousands of dollars (to the attorney) just for their role in towing a car that only netted them a few hundred dollars. Do you see how the game goes, Cuzz? We brakin' these sapsuckas like a pimp breaks a ho on the street. Do you call the shots are do the shots call you?

Point is from the foregoing: you direct situations from your solar plexus (power center). It doesn't matter that I'm Black! What matters is I'm all powerful. If knowledge is power and I have legal knowledge, then when it comes to legal matters, I'm all powerful. People get pulled over left and right, that doesn't bother me or really matters to me. What really matters is after the ticket is issued - what happens? Do you get gaffled for some snaps over a bullnuts regulatory scheme, get your licensed revoked, or go to court and get crushed and not know your recourse after the judge shafts your rear end?

The State of Arizona initially tried to threaten me to pay the money or face driver's license suspension and I told them I don't have a driver's license and how you gon' suspend what doesn't exist? They though I was jokin' until I mailed their asses a copy of my DMV revocation. Then they wanted money (c. $260) as a bond/bail but I broke their ass off in a 20-page demurrer (which I sent the Bro. Godson a copy of who can attest to what I'm relaying here on FF) which was radical in a very civilized and congenial sense or way. They responded and DROPPED their phony bail/bond request. They gave me a court date via a letter and I sent a pleading to the county attorney requesting a verified complaint to prepare a defense and haven't heard a peep from these not a very nice persons and I gave them 15 days to respond or suffer the consequences (Laches, as silence is acquiescence in law). NO RESPONSE! They can't respond! I know the fraud! The fraud only works on DUMB, COWARDLY, TRIFLING ass people (the masses). The control is called MASS CONTROL because it only controls the m(asses).

RB: The officer will ask for your Drivers licence , registration and insurance. And if you can't produce those three they will haul your asss off to jail.

DM: Not necessarily so! In most cases (depending on your attitude), they will impound the car and issue you a promise to appear. In Los Angeles County, they have stop impounding cars of UN-LICENSED (not suspended license) drivers due to a class action by the proactive Latino-Hispanic communities who were being targeted and losing their cars due to 30-day holds on the car by L.A.P.D. The Latino-Hispanic community got tired of that bullnuts and decided to do something about it.

Now, L.A.P.D. issued a clause to not tow away cars of unlicensed drivers. The unlicensed driver cannot drive away after a stop. A licensed driver must drive the car away or the unlicensed driver must park the car in a safe zone for someone to come and get it. Latinos realized that cars are needed to make a living and the suit is arguing this fact which is protected by U.S.Const.Amend.14. Thank God for the Latino-Hispanics because Black people collectively are too dumb (ignorant), lazy, and cowardly to challenge police for unconstitutional practices. Black people like to COMPLAIN, march with picket signs, hold rallies, stage marches to the nation's capital and hear placating talk, go before town hall meetings and shout and holler, get on talk radio and TALK, etc. The proactive action is gone from them.

Also, cops can't take you to jail absent probable cause or a warrant. Not being unlicensed, having no insurance and/or registration are all infractionary offenses and not misdemeanors, see Farley vs. California. In California, being an unlicensed driver is a misdemeanor which is dropped to an infraction in the Penal Code. They make it threatening initially so people can take deals (probation, pay a fine, etc.). I got their bluff mastered. If a cop takes you straight to jail and BOOK you for not having a DL, insurance, and registration, that's false arrest and imprisonment because the cop has no authority to do so. The cop can only arrest you for failure to sign a promise to appear (which is really a summons absent a complaint) and still, this arrest is temporary in nature as you're only being arrested to go before the judge, not jail and to be booked. The cop must first take you to a magistrate (but you have to ask for it). If you are arrested for a non-jailable offense, then the officer has no official immunity because he was not upholding any law. A cop can't violate the law in carrying out a procedure. Procedure is not law and cannot cancel out law! The great thing about law today is that everything is recorded or codified. Ignorance of the law is no excuse, not even for a cop who is paid to enforce the law and how are you going to enforce the law if you are ignorant to the law? Can you say NEGLIGENCE? Can you say CIVIL ACTION?

RB: The police don't know nothing about sovereignty laws, the only thing they know how to do is tAKE YOU TO JAIL.
They ain't trying to hear what you saying , they'll be like " tell it to the judge" .

DM: That's true, but what's wrong with that? I love when cops shoot themselves in the foot and screw up their own cases by following procedures that violate law and my rights. Makes my lawsuit easier!

The Vehicle Code is 100% procedural. It doesn't form the basis of a lawful arrest. This is what the Penal or Criminal Code is for. The Vehicle Code is only criminal in nature when drugs and alcohol (or weapons and contraband) are involved. For example, DUI is felony in nature! They can lock your ass up for that, but you should not have been drinking White man's brew in the first place, so I say lock your ass up if your were drunk.

RB: I wanna drive without a license , pay no tax , medicare , or social security. But I don't know how to do it without get in trouble with the system.

DM: Ignorance is a MUTHAPHUCKA, ain't it?

RB: How do you do this without being a Wesley Snipes ?

DM: Easy! You do it by being none other than yourself! How in the hell can an actor find time to learn and study law and trifling ass niggaz (negroes) who have more time on their hands than Wesley Snipes don't have the time to study and learn law? We can't even use money as an excuse because I don't have more money than Wesley, at least not at present, and that didn't stop me.

RB: How do you get free ?

DM: Easy! You reclaim your personal and spiritual sovereignty! Sovereignty is from the inside out. Learn to depend on the Universe. Stop being attached to the Matrix. Be in it but not of it. Cast out the seven demons like Jesus did to the woman. The seven demons are the negative characteristics of the seven major energy centers (chakras) that keep man enslaved, which are: 1. FEAR, 2. GUILT, 3. SHAME, 4. GRIEF, 5. LIES, 6. ILLUSION, and, 7. ATTACHMENT.

You have to open up all seven major chakras to get free, Bro! Freedom begins from the inside out!

RB: I tried to change my thinking with actions to back it up , but I still got in trouble with the system.

DM: You're simply missing an ingredient, that's all! You didn't fail! There's no failure, only results not desired. If you don't succeed at first, TRY AGAIN! Nothing beats a so-called failure but an attempt. Learn your missing element to your success with the law.

RB: Aint nothing working.

DM: That's your perception which is not my reality! This may only be true for you predicated upon your software (belief systems) and the results of it/them.

RB: We tried everthing and it ain't working.

DM: Who is this WE? nuts is working for me! I'm ballin' up in this pregnant dog (Matrix). You don't hear me complaining about anything, or nothing I can't handle pertaining to myself.

bro, these devils have been making money out of thin air for a while now and enslaving millions of people.
